- Dedicated Account Representative
The Account Representative is responsible for the day to day communication with you, our client. It is the
Account Representative's duty to be your first point of contact on all issues including issues ranging from
reservations to billing questions.
- Dispatch Representative
The Dispatch Representative is responsible for ensuring the operation of your transportation
operates in a flawless manner. It is the Dispatch Representative's duty to know the status
and location of your scheduled vehicles at all times and to relay any critical information on to your
account representative.
- Professional Chauffeur
The Chauffeur is responsible for providing you with excellent service in every manner. It is the
Chauffeur's responsibility to not only drive you to your destination quickly and safely but also to
provide you with any service you may need. From assisting with luggage to arranging lodging and
and flight changes, the Chauffeur is much more than simply a driver.
